Rest in Peace Mommy, We will miss you!

This memorial web site is lovingly made in memory of Alvin Cremeans Jr., a loving Father, Son, Brother, and Friend to all. But he loved being a Father more than any thing else in the world. He spent most of his time with his sons going fishing, camping, going to the races, playing ball, and coached ball for them. He enjoyed taking them to amusement parks and on many vacations. Jr.'s most treasured time was the time he spent with his sons. Jr. also had a beautiful niece whom he loved very much & bragged on her often. Jr. excelled at everything he did from auto mechanic, sheet metal worker, to well drilling. He worked very hard to provide for his family. His favorite hobby was cars, especially restoring antique cars. He learned alot about cars from our father, but sadly our daddy passed on when we were young but Jr. never stopped learning all that he could about cars. He was an excellent mechanic. He loved going to the races, especially stock car racing. His hero and favorite driver was Richard Petty, and he always said when he was grown he was going to be just like Richard Petty. Jr. gave his heart to the Lord just a few years before he passed on. We trust that he's with our Heavenly Father now and forever. Jr. was active in his church and he did his best to serve the Lord the best that he knew how. He was a man who rarely expressed his love verbally, but it was evident in the things he did for so many. He worked very hard to please his loved ones, to be the best father he could be and to be a friend to everyone he met. He is missed more and more every day that goes by. Untill we are all reunited, rest in peace Jr. because you surely earned it. We will never forget you. You will always be loved. Always.

Blooming roses represent LOVING YOU STILL. Red roses also symbolize that we cannot be seperated even in death.

Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest. Psalm 55:6

 Thank you Cindy!

Softly the leaves of memory fall. Gently I gather and treasure them all, Unseen, unheard, you are always near, STILL LOVED, still missed, so very dear. No length of time can take away, My thoughts of you from day to day, Whatever else I fail to do, I never fail to think of you.

 Thank you Julie!

 Thank you Julie!

Our Precious Mother

 Thank you Monica!

Thank you Dalene! This is beautiful.

FLY Fly, fly little wing. Fly beyond imagining. The softest cloud, the whitest dove, Upon the wind of heaven's love. Past the planets and the stars, Leave this lonely world of ours, Escape the sorrow and the pain And fly again.
Fly, fly precious one. Your endless journey has begun. Take your gentle happiness, Far too beautiful for this. Cross over to the other shore, There is peace forevermore. But hold this memory bittersweet, Until we meet.
Fly, fly do not fear. Don't waste a breath, don't shed a tear. Your heart is pure, your soul is free. Be on your way, don't wait for me. Above the universe you'll climb, On beyond the hands of time. The moon will rise, the sun will set, But I won't forget
Fly, fly little wing. Fly where only angels sing. Fly away, the time is right, Go now, find the light.

 Thank you Julie!
Thank you Cindy! Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand." John 10:26-28
 Thank you Julie!
I'm Your Angel
No mountain's too high for you to climb, All you have to do, is have some climbing faith. No river is too wide for you to make it across, All you have to do is believe it when you pray. And then you will see the morning will come, and every day will be bright as the sun. All of your fears, cast them on me. I just want you to see.
I'll be your cloud up in the sky, I'll be your shoulder when you cry, I'll hear your voices when you call me, I am your Angel, and when all hope is gone I'm here, No matter how far you are, I'm near. It makes no difference who you are, I am your Angel, I'm your Angel.
I saw your teardrops and I heard you cry, All you need is time, seek me and you shall find. You have everything and you're still lonely. It don't have to be this way Let me show you a better day. Then you will see the morning will come and all of your days will be bright as the sun. So all of your fears just cast them on me, How can I make you see.
And when it's time to face the storm, I'll be right by your side. Grace will keep us safe and warm, And I know we will survive. And when it seems as if the end is drawing near. Don't you dare give up the fight, Just put your trust beyond the sky.
I'll be your cloud up in the sky, I'll be your shoulder when you cry, I'll hear your voices when you call me, I am your Angel, and when all hope is gone I'm here, No matter how far you are I'm near. It makes no difference who you are, I am your Angel, I'm your Angel.

When I come to the end of my journey And I've traveled my last weary mile, Just forget if you can, that I ever frowned. And only remember the smiles. Forget unkind words I have spoken; Remember some good I have done. Forget that I ever had heartaches Forget that I've stumbled and blundered And sometimes fell by the way. Remember I have fought some hard battles and won, at the close of the day, Then forget to grieve for my going, for I would not have you sad for a day,
But in summer just gather some flowers And remember the place where I lay, And come in the shade of the evening When the sun paints the sky in the west.
Stand for a few moments beside me And remember only my best.

HIS JOURNEY'S JUST BEGUN Don't think of him as gone away - his journey's just begun, life holds so many facets - this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away.
And think of him as living In the hearts of those he touched For nothing loved is ever lost - And he was loved so much. ~author unknown

Contributed by your son C.:
A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest. God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the best. God knew you had to leave us, but you did not go alone for part of us went with you, the day He took you home. To some you are forgotten, to others just part of the past, but to us who loved and lost you, your memory will last.

Dad's son C. played his first game of football on 09/19/06. Daddy loves you and is so proud of you C.

Daddy Loved played ball with his sons. Coaching too. He cherished the time he spent with his sons. Every time he phoned he mentioned them first. He was so proud of his boys.

Dad's son J. loves Star Wars and a good galaxy dog fight. Daddy loves you and is so proud of you J.

Daddy loved fishing with his sons. I will always cherished the time we spent with Jr. and the boys fishing.
 Gone Fishin'
Dearest family I miss and love you so But God called me home that day and I had to go. Now I am in Heaven and my dad is with me too. Blaine is here and both of them send their love to you.
Heaven is beautiful with gardens and lakes so blue. There are so many angels and fishing too. I get to fish with Dad and rock Blaine to sleep. And every day I think of you and the memories I keep.
I can watch over you from my home above. You're forever in my heart and have all my love. So my sons when you play ball just remember this Daddy's there in spirit, no game will I miss.
I have to say it once again I love you all so much. One day we'll be together to see, to feel, to touch. Until then Dad and I and little baby Blaine Will wait in Heaven until we meet again.

 Thank you Jayne!

Jr. loved to play with his cars in dirt when he was a little boy. I loved playing to whenever he was willing to let a "girl". lol We built a track on the side of a bank in the yard, and made little lakes by putting plastic in holes we dug out and added water. We built tunnels by digging them out with spoons, used my tiny doll houses for homes. I sure miss those days, such carefree times. Memories I will forever cherish. I miss you so much Jr.
 Thank you Julie!

We miss you so much Daddy. The faith that you instilled in me is where my faith helps to keep me going. You will never be forgotten. I love you!

Daddy had an old truck like this. He and Jr had so much fun in that truck. Daddy let him drive it in driveway at home. Jr. was so proud to drive Dads truck.
Thank you Betty! Jr.'s Beautiful Toy. He was so very proud of the work he did to restore this car. And he should be, it's beautiful. I would give anything if I could buy it back from the person he sold it to. He hated having to sell it. We do too.
Here is one with flames down the sides like you wanted so badly Jr. Hope you like it. lol

Jr. loved going to the salvage yards to look for treasures for doing his auto restorations. He did this with Daddy all the time growing up. They had so much fun doing this together.

Jr. Loved his coffee! Black and no instant for him, freshly perked only. Many times I only had instant that we kept for company because don't drink coffee. He would get our thermos bottle and go to Mom's house to get him some freshly perked coffee. What I wouldn't give to buy a coffe pot and fix him one more cup of coffee and sit with him to talk a while!
 A Fishermans Prayer
I pray that I may fish until my dying day, and when I have made by last cast, I then most humbly pray, When in our Lords great landing net I am peacefully asleep, that in His mercy, I be judged as big enough to keep.

Rainbows represent the end to all suffering. And Gods promise of hope. We think of that rainbow we saw the day after your funeral often. We have hope we will see you again some day soon. Until then we'll be missing you and loving you.

 Thank you Julie!

 Thank you Delia!

God's Heaven Revealed
I know that there are questions within your heart today Concerning my demise and why it went that way…. You could not stop the blinding rain Nor could you even control the pain
Each of us must live out our days Committed individually to follow God’s ways Love alone cannot spare anyone Unless it is the love which issues from God’s Son
I know how you grieve and the loss which you feel But what you don’t see is God’s Heaven revealed Before my very eyes. I walk with the King All that went on before Is forgotten and done I’m free, I’m alive – and I have everything…..

Those we love must someday pass beyond our present sight... must leave us and the world we know without their radiant light.
But we know that like a candle, their lovely light will shine to brighten up another place more perfect more divine.
And in the realm of Heaven, where they shine so warm and bright. Our loved ones live forevermore, in God's eternal light.

"GO REST HIGH ON THAT MOUNTAIN"
I know your life On earth was troubled, And only you could know the pain. You weren't afraid to face the devil You were no stranger to the rain.
Go rest high on that mountain. Son, your work on earth is done Go to Heaven a shoutin' Love for the Father and the Son.
Oh, how we cried the day you left us, We gathered 'round your grave to grieve. Wish I could've seen the angels faces When they heard your sweet voice sing.
Go rest high on that mountain, Son, your work on earth is done Go to Heaven a shoutin' Love for the Father and the Son. Vince Gill

 A Fallen Limb
A limb has fallen from the family tree I hear a voice that whispers "Grieve not for me." Remember the best times, the laughter, the songs. The good I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I am counting on you. Keep on smiling, the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all... how I was truely blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small. Go on with your life, don't stare at the wall. I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin, Until that fine day, we're together again.
